1 cup(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
2 whole Grace Chicken Frankfurters, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
1 medium egg, beaten
3/4 cup(s) water
Preparation
Heat Grace Vegetable Oil in a frying pan.
In a bowl, combine the shredded frankfurters, chopped onion and escallion, black pepper, salt, flour, beaten egg and water and mix well to form a batter.
Drop one tablespoonful of the batter in the frying pan. Fry until golden brown on each side for five minutes.
Drain and serve hot.
