  • 1/2 bottle Grace Aloe, regular

  • 1/2 cup Grace Oats, Regular

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1 cup Grace Vanilla Food Drink

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsps protein powder

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation


  1. In a blender or bullet, place all ingredients and blend

  2. Dust on cinnamon for garnish

  3. Serve chilled.
