Ingredients
1 plantain

1-2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp plain full fat yoghurt (one portion)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C (fan).
- Slice the ends off the plantain, remove the peel and cut diagonally into thick slices.
- Add the oil to a baking tray, place the plantain slices on top and make sure the oil is spread evenly (top and bottom of plantain).
- Bake for around 20 minutes (turning them over halfway) until the edges are golden brown.
- Leave to cool before serving. Put the plain full-fat yoghurt on the side for dipping.
